Baby #3 is four-weeks old now, and I tried jogging tonight for the first time since May. In May, we did the Lakes Area Endurance 5k. I jogged the first mile pushing the double jogger at about 26 weeks pregnant. I haven't done any real exercising since then--I walked through the pregnancy.
I've committed to getting back in shape and doing some long races next spring, so I've got to get on the ball. I'm planning to start the C25k next week; to prep for that I've been walking the last couple weeks. Tonight I decided to add a little jogging in there.
I jogged about a third of my two-mile route. I think it went well; I felt slow, but it felt good. My belly hurts, and I need a sports bra.
