Free Run

My goal for today was to hop on the treadmill for 3 miles to see how long I could run and how long it would take me. My right foot is really sore, so it's tough going "fast." My walking I did at 20 min/miles and the run I did at 12 min/miles. Also, running should not be attempted right after eating enchiladas for lunch. I'm going to have to pick it up quite a bit to run the Gray Ghost 5k in 35 minutes.

Walk 5     Run 9

Mile 2
Walk 6     Run 4
Walk 1     Run 4

Mile 3
Walk 6

For a total of 2.3 miles in 35 minutes.
