I have a horrible time doing strength training.
I have the book Lose Your Mummy Tummy by Julie Tupler. I could be using this as strength exercises, but I don't really enjoy it. I do keep sucking in my gut and doing kegels--these exercises are supposed to fix my self-diagnosed Diastasis Recti.
I had looked up a Core Workout for Runners online that I did a couple times.
It's much like the yoga. I think I should be doing it, but I'm just have a hard time motivating myself.
