November Goals

My goals for November:

  1. Finish the Couch to 5k plan, running 4 days a week. I have three weeks left, which consist of just running for 25, 28, and 30 minutes. So far, I can't even run 15 minutes straight, so this is going to be tough. After the Gray Ghost yesterday though, I know I can go faster, which should mean, at my current speed, I can run longer. 
  2. Run the entire Turkey Trot on Nov. 19--no walking. And I should be able to do it in 35 minutes if I don't walk. Maybe even a little faster.
