- Finish the Couch to 5k plan, running 4 days a week. I have three weeks left, which consist of just running for 25, 28, and 30 minutes. So far, I can't even run 15 minutes straight, so this is going to be tough. After the Gray Ghost yesterday though, I know I can go faster, which should mean, at my current speed, I can run longer.
- Run the entire Turkey Trot on Nov. 19--no walking. And I should be able to do it in 35 minutes if I don't walk. Maybe even a little faster.
I'm using this blog to keep me on track with my fitness goals and to comment on training, races, and cheering on all the other racers in my family.
