I did a couple runs last week--nothing too big--a couple 3 milers at the Y. After the second day of running, my arm was sore.

I did a stationary bike and the elliptical for my third workout last week. My arm was less sore, but geez Louise, biking inside is B-O-R-I-N-G.

This is making me doubt doing the New Prague 1/2. If I can't get running, I'll never be ready.

AND THEN, I "moved up" to Week 2 physical therapy exercise, and my arm is sore and a bit swollen today. It may not have anything to do with the exercises. Maybe I overdid or something. But it makes me leery of running.


  1. Pretty much any non-competitive indoor exercise is boring, but I'd rather be on my bike on a trainer than most other things.

    Of course, I dislike running.
