I am embarrassed at how much I weigh and my clothes sizes. I feel fat and slow and ugh.
Let the food diary and regular workouts begin! I wanted to start this before New Years, because I didn't want to be cliche.
I'm not committing to a set schedule yet for the workouts because I still do have little kids who need diaper changes and milkies and whatever else all day long. But Jamey's preschool is right at the YMCA so it should be easy to get there at least three days a week.
