C25k--Week 1

I've just finished the first week of Couch to 5k. I feel accomplished and ready for more!

My workout goal is to run every work day while Baby #3 naps (it'll most likely be in the afternoon). It's the little things like showering every day without rushing out to a screaming baby or fighting other kids that make the first few months of a new baby so exciting.
