I just did the Week 2 Day 2 workout. Sheesh! It was tough. While I thought I was going to die running for 90 seconds, all I could think about was running for 30 minutes straight. It seems unbelievable, but I know I can do it.
I think I read somewhere that workouts should be hard, because then you know you're getting better or faster. That kept me going today, because I really was hoping Baby #3 would cry so I could quit.
